The PeaceWar Project is a website created to shine a light on war in the name of peace.

By keeping tabs on the numerous wars being waged around the world, it’s our hope that people will be reminded of the human cost of war so it doesn’t fall out of the public consciousness. If we ignore war, we can never have peace.

Here you will find articles and links to stories from all over the globe – some horrific, some beautiful, all hopefully inspiring. They will fall primarily into the categories of Peace and War. This is also a place to highlight the stories of soldiers and victims of war (often soldiers themselves), as well as to scrutinize military policy in a manner that is not inflammatory or fueled by partisanship or hyperbole.
